World-Class Manufacturing Facility

Located in Taidong Science Park, Daya Bay West District, Huizhou — our 50,000m² facility houses automated cell assembly, BMS production, final integration lines, and testing laboratories.

10 Years of History

2014

Company Founded

Huizhou Wofeisi Technology established in Daya Bay, focusing on LiFePO4 battery pack manufacturing for industrial applications.

2016

Solar Storage Entry

Launched first residential solar energy storage battery product line. Achieved IEC 62619 and CE certification for European market entry.

2019

All-in-One ESS Launch

Introduced integrated All-in-One home ESS combining battery and inverter. Expanded factory to 30,000m², entered African and Middle Eastern markets.

2021

C&I BESS Division

Launched commercial and industrial BESS product line with containerized systems from 100 kWh to 1 MWh. UL 9540 certification achieved.

Rigorous Quality Control at Every Stage

Zero-defect is not a slogan at WFS — it's enforced through a 7-stage quality control process applied to every unit before it leaves our Huizhou factory.

Incoming Cell Inspection

Third-party or customer QC inspection available before every shipment. Full test reports, cell batch traceability, and certificate documentation provided.

BMS Functional Testing

100% capacity, internal resistance, and self-discharge testing on all Grade-A LiFePO4 cells before entering production. Any cell outside spec is rejected.

03

48-Hour Aging Cycle

Every BMS board undergoes full functional verification — overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, over-temperature protection all validated on automated test bench.

04

IP65 Ingress & Thermal Test

All finished battery packs undergo a mandatory 48-hour charge/discharge aging cycle to screen for early-failure units and verify rated capacity delivery.

05

Final Inspection & Pre-Shipment

Enclosures are pressure-tested for IP65 dust and water ingress, and thermal cycling from -20°C to +60°C to ensure performance in global climates.
